• To withdraw funds from our platform, you must first complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• As a regulated platform, we do not allow withdrawals while an investment plan is still active.
• Please follow our rules and maintain the required process for levels and ranks.
• Pinacle cards are delivered when an investor reaches the eligible level, having a total deposit record of 20,000 and withdrawal requests will be denied until the card is activated.
• Pinacle card delivery typically takes no longer than 2 days and works instantly.

Joint Account Rules

• Note that after two completed investment cycles, there must be a required amount of funds to move to the next investment plan.
• During maintenance, a fee might be required for maintenance.
• A Joint account bonus might be offered to claim with some required percentage.

Account Security

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with anyone.
• We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Note that your account should be ready to move to another investment portfolio level at the fourth reinvestment or top-up level to avoid restrictions on your account.
